It is an important policy to provide good health care by all developing countries. Thus, it has become more impediments to provide health care to the public in our country. This may not be possible to the Government to provide health care to the all the people because of funds, lack of trained workers and assistants in the field of medicine etc., so, private organizations have come forward for providing health care to the people of nation. The Private sector has started Para Medical Courses, Multipurpose Health Worker training courses, etc., in keeping the urgency and need of giving health care to the people in remote villages and to help the poor and needy.
Every one desires to attain optimum health. The level of development of country is measured in terms of the health of the people. The achievement of the country in preventing disease and promoting health depends upon the contribution of all members of the health team, particularly that of Nurses. Life cannot be saved merely by Medicines and Surgery. Nursing is equally important to save life and to relieve suffering.
Nursing is also an art and nurses should be capable of serving the sick with a compassionate and caring hand. There are wide ranges of opportunities for a nurse in the field of health and for advanced studies to develop expertise in practice, administration and teaching. For all career minded youngsters, this is a unique opportunity to enter this great profession. It is unique because, there is an element of service to humanity, coupled with achievement orientation of a noble profession.
The Apostolic Church (Pentecostal) under the able spiritual leadership of Rev. Dr. S.S. John, Bishop started Grace School of Nursing under the guidance of the Holy Spirit to impart training in General nursing and Midwifery course in 1988 to 2009 and since then 21 batches of students have gone out from our Institution on completion of training successfully. We are proud to inform that we are maintaining our School with good results all these years because of qualified and well experienced and dedicated faculty. Students from all Parts of India had undergone training. Students from Kerala, Andaman's, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Delhi, Rajastan etc., had undergone training. Some of them are working in Gulf countries, U.S.A., and UK, etc., in Particular many students are from Kerala State. Now Grace School of Nursing up gradation as a college of Nursing from the academic year 2010-2011.
We are also running on sound lines, Grace Multipurpose Health Workers Female Training Institute, which was started in 1987. After successful Completion of the course, 22st batches of the students left the School. We are maintaining good results in respect of this School also.

Grace College of nursing has provided me with an unique learning environment where i have grown both as a nurse and an individual .The dedicated faculty has guided me through clinicals, enhancing my patient care skills and exposing me to diverse medical fields. Their guidance has prepared me to handle critical cases with confidence. my time in this campus has boosted my self-assurance and taught me the depth of my capabilities .Beyond academics Grace College Of Nursing encourages holistic growth inspiring me to excel in various fields . I am truly grateful for my enriching journey at Grace College of nursing passed out in the year 2016 and presently i am working in Maharastra.
